Harley and his wife, Carol, have three children. In addition to spending time with his family, Harley coaches several local youth sports teams, serves on the
local board of advisors for Wachovia Bank, and serves on the Finance Committee at St. Peter's Catholic Church.

Carol is an attorney and the office manager of the law firm. Carol previously worked as a staff attorney with the Beaufort County Probate Court, as a judicial clerk
to a South Carolina Circuit Court judge, and she practiced with firms in Columbia, South Carolina and Charleston, West Virginia. Carol also was appointed by the Supreme Court of South Carolina
to serve as a juvenile drug court judge.
